Role overview
An opportunity is available for a polished, dependable, and service-minded Personal Butler to support a Managing Director in day-to-day personal and lifestyle needs. This position is based in Tamil Nadu and requires regular travel with the MD, including trips within India and abroad.
What you will do
- Offer direct daily personal support to the Managing Director.
- Look after clothing, personal items, and travel-related essentials.
- Upkeep a high standard of hospitality and personal service.
- Work closely with household personnel, drivers, and other support staff.
- Travel with the MD for both domestic and international assignments.
- Handle confidential matters with complete professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with private events, meetings, and broader lifestyle coordination.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in butler services, executive personal assistance, luxury hospitality, or VIP support roles.
- Strong presentation, communication, and planning abilities.
- Very high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and precision.
- Willingness to work long hours and travel often with the MD.
- A background in hospitality or hotel management will be considered a plus.
