About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our innovative team and enhance the quality and efficiency of our software products. The role requires ensuring that applications meet rigorous standards regarding performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with other engineering professionals to promote innovation and continuous quality improvements.

Key Duties

• Create and implement performance testing strategies using tools such as Load Runner and JMeter.
• Evaluate testing outcomes to detect performance limitations and offer practical solutions.
• Partner with software developers to embed performance testing within the development lifecycle.
• Employ Dynatrace for application monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain superior performance.
• Compile comprehensive reports detailing results and suggestions following tests.

Essential Qualifications

• B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or B.Sc. in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Between 4 and 9 years of experience executing performance tests with Load Runner and JMeter.
• Analytical capability to interpret data and accurately diagnose performance bottlenecks.
