Role Summary

We seek a detail-oriented and highly organised People & Capability Coordinator to join our centralised People & Capability team at Queenstown. This full-time role offers a career development pathway within HR at a dynamic and values-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with different teams and candidates.
  • Assist payroll operations ensuring accurate employee data and timely administrative support.
  • Facilitate employee induction sessions and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Maintain comprehensive, compliant personnel records across HR information systems.
  • Provide administrative and coordination assistance for People & Capability projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor critical people processes to guarantee deadlines and compliance standards are met.
  • Cultivate effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support efforts to deliver an exceptional employee experience throughout the organisation.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

  • A sincere interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
