Role Summary
The Payroll Operations Associate plays a vital role in managing the entire payroll lifecycle to ensure employees receive accurate and timely payments. The position requires precise attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders to support workforce productivity and business agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll inputs and execute disbursement of salaries through banks and other payment channels.
- Distribute earning statements either manually via pay slips or electronically through company platforms.
- Resolve routine queries following established guidelines and precedents.
- Collaborate primarily within the team and report to direct supervisors.
- Operate under detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and receive comprehensive guidance on new assignments.
- Make decisions impacting individual work output.
- Contribute as an individual team member handling a focused scope of work.
- Adapt to rotational shift schedules as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess any graduation degree.
- Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in payroll planning and operations.
