Insight Global is looking to hire two Payroll Administrators for a growing insurance brokerage located in Surrey, British Columbia. The crucial role involves ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for employees spread across various provinces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll operations for a multi-provincial workforce exceeding 500 employees.
- Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments.
- Utilize payroll platforms, especially Dayforce, to oversee payroll cycles.
Required Expertise
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll administration within a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Experience handling payroll across multiple provinces.
- Proficiency in Dayforce or advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting and data analysis.
- Strong grasp of payroll best practices and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to confidentially manage sensitive information and exercise sound judgment.
- Capability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is highly desirable.
