Patient Service Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Patient Service Assistant to support patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety under healthcare supervision. This role involves assisting with personal care and contributing to a clean and organized patient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Aid patients in safe mobility, including transfers between bed, wheelchair, stretcher, or while walking.
• Observe and communicate any changes in patient condition promptly to nursing personnel.
• If properly trained, take and document vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rates.
• Support patients during feeding and ensure adequate hydration.
• Manage bed linen changes and maintain overall patient cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and comfortable environment in patient rooms.
