Overview
This role is offered on behalf of a partner organization seeking a Patient Experience Representative located in Canada. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance with platform navigation, technical issues, and general support.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 2-3 years of customer service experience involving phone and email communications.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational ability to prioritize and manage diverse responsibilities.
- Capable of working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude with a proactive mindset.
- Empathetic communication to educate and support patients.
- An interest or passion for healthcare, patient advocacy, or increasing accessibility to care is advantageous.
- Background in technical support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and accountable individual focused on delivering results.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Additional language skills in French or Spanish are considered valuable assets.
