Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and effective Patient Counsellor to support patients throughout their treatment processes. This role involves educating patients on treatment choices and associated costs, managing inquiries, coordinating with medical staff, and converting consultation interactions into confirmed admissions or procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed counselling to patients about treatment plans, procedures, and healthcare services offered.
- Manage walk-in patients and respond to inbound and outbound calls and digital queries.
- Work closely with doctors and other departments to arrange patient appointments and manage treatment schedules.
- Explain treatment package options, provide cost estimates, and clarify payment methods.
- Proactively follow up with potential patients and convert inquiries into hospital admissions or procedures.
- Maintain precise patient records and regularly update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly counselling and conversion goals.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of experience in roles such as Patient Counsellor, Medical Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, Telecaller, or Customer Relationship Executive.
- Excellent counselling skills with strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Comfortable working under target-driven environments with persistent follow-up.
