Opportunity Overview
Join a vibrant organic food and health brand as a freelance graphic designer on a part-time, flexible contract. Initially based at the Preston, Victoria office, this role offers the possibility to transition to remote work. Collaborate intimately with the brand’s team to craft visually appealing designs that adhere to the brand's established style.
Key Responsibilities
- Create packaging designs for various organic food and health products while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design engaging graphics for social media and other digital marketing materials.
- Develop point-of-sale assets supporting in-store promotion efforts.
- Modify and enhance existing creative assets to fit different platforms and formats.
- Effectively juggle multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in graphic design, especially in packaging, branding, or social media content creation.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or similar tools.
- Keen creative insight paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skill in applying brand guidelines cohesively across various deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities.
- Registration of an Australian Business Number (ABN) is essential for contractual work.
- Presence in or willingness to commute to Preston, VIC for initial onsite collaboration; later remote flexibility available.
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
