Role Overview
Become an integral member of our healthcare team as a Dietitian, where you will deliver tailored nutrition services to enhance patient wellness.
Key Duties
- Evaluate patients to determine individual nutritional requirements.
- Develop and apply customized dietary regimens based on patient needs.
- Educate patients about healthy nutrition habits and post-discharge dietary instructions.
- Track and monitor the nutritional status of patients continuously.
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to support patient care plans.
- Review referral orders and document all relevant patient nutritional information.
- Modify menus to accommodate specific dietary restrictions and preferences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Possess valid state licensure as a dietitian.
- Hold a degree in Food & Nutrition.
- At least one year of clinical dietetics experience is preferred.
