Job Description
The role of Anticorrosive Painting Supervisor involves overseeing all surface preparation, blasting, and painting operations, ensuring they meet project specifications and stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and painting jobs on site.
- Guarantee all tasks conform with the established project criteria and maintain high-quality outputs.
- Track labor deployment, material usage, and daily job progression.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with clients, engineering personnel, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Document daily progress and keep up-to-date inspection records.
- Ensure projects finish on schedule with optimal utilization of resources.
- Conduct checks on coating thickness (Dry Film Thickness), surface readiness, and overall painting quality.
