Packing Boy - Textile Parcel Packing

Role Overview

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Packing Boy to support packing operations in a textile company focused on Amazon parcel shipments. This role involves checking, sorting, and securely packing textile products to ensure proper dispatch.

Key Duties

• Sort textile items according to shipment instructions and order details.
• Retrieve and arrange products from storage or sorting areas.
• Package products carefully using suitable materials to avoid damage.
• Accurately label packages with shipping and delivery information.
• Help transfer parcels to designated shipping zones.
• Keep the packing area clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety protocols during packing and handling tasks.
• Report any damages, shortages, or inconsistencies in shipments.
• Work with the team to achieve daily packing goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with warehouse or packing procedures.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to maintain productivity in busy work settings.
• Physical capability to lift and transport parcels.
• Dependable punctuality and positive teamwork attitude.
• Previous experience is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

Monthly salary range: INR 12,000 to 15,000.
