Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate role involves supporting customer service through tasks related to merchandise receiving and the movement of products to the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, pulling pallets, processing merchandise, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workplace. This position works collaboratively within a team to plan and execute duties according to workload and operational needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional features.
• Conduct live unloading of various types of merchandise.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, which differentiates this role from day or evening fulfillment positions.
• Pull pallets to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Support sales floor stocking as assigned and assist customers when needed.
• Label the sales floor appropriately for store opening.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
