Outside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Clean Life, a leading home services provider based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their sales team. This role involves visiting client sites to understand their requirements, conducting assessments, and delivering precise, competitive quotations that align with company profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to evaluate customer requirements and service environments.
• Assess property dimensions, service needs, number of rooms, amenities, and overall cleanliness.
• Estimate needed labor, equipment, and duration for service delivery.
• Develop accurate quotations consistent with company pricing strategies and profitability.
• Present service proposals and pricing details to clients with professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and service viability.
• Follow up on proposals to support sales closure.
• Keep detailed customer and quotation information updated within the CRM system.
• Analyze quotation outcomes, focusing on opportunities lost, and monitor overall performance.
• Investigate market trends and competitor pricing to suggest pricing enhancements.
• Prepare periodic reports on site visits, quotations, conversion rates, and pricing effectiveness.
• Contribute ideas for refining pricing processes and improving operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience in roles such as Pricing, Field Sales, Estimation, or Quotation Preparation.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Home Services, Cleaning Services, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical capabilities and numerical proficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Competence in managing multiple client visits and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
