Job description
About the Role
We seek an Oracle Technical Consultant to join a prominent bank based in Riyadh. The role involves comprehensive technical support across all ERP modules, focusing on the Payment HUB and Oracle Business Intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy Change Requests (CRs) for new or enhanced reports in Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (OBI).
- Administer OBI services including starting, stopping, and managing user access (adding, removing users and generating user reports).
- Monitor ETL job performance and batch dependencies critical to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Data Warehouse (DWH) processes.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to reconciliation reports and OBI dashboards as reported through various channels.
- Handle quarterly OS batch service operations for reporting.
- Deploy authorized OBI reports and databases aligned with release announcements from BTG.
- Support integration processes involving internal and external systems.
- Perform DBA-related tasks concerning Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO), including health checks.
Additional Information
The position requires familiarity with ERP technical frameworks, report deployment, user administration, and troubleshooting complex ETL and reporting workflows.
