Operator

About the Role

This position is with Nestlé Waters KSA at the Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh Industrial City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role sits inside a production setting and focuses on supporting machine tending and the operation of different equipment used in the line.

Core Purpose

The operator is responsible for keeping production machinery running smoothly, following established procedures, and supporting quality and output targets across the line.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm that the raw materials and packaging supplies received from the warehouse match the production order so delays or equipment stoppages are avoided.
• Carry out testing activities to make sure the machines function properly throughout production.
• Understand and consistently apply the standard operating procedure for the assigned line.
• Keep an eye on equipment condition and operating parameters, and report any irregularities or faults when they appear.
• Take part in shift operational reviews, and where needed, help lead discussions on achievements and issues affecting performance.
• Check that the production date and batch number are printed correctly on bottles.
• Collect water samples for treatment checks and carry out analysis using the required tools and equipment to confirm acceptable treatment results.
• Keep records accurate and up to date, and support both preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment.

Work Environment

The role is based on-site at the Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh Industrial City and involves hands-on work in a manufacturing and production environment.
