Role Overview

We are looking for an Operative to join our team at the SARVAL Ltd Doncaster site. This is a full-time role involving 12-hour shifts covering day and night periods on a three-week rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all Health and Safety regulations at all times.
• Sort fresh and frozen meat products on picking belts as part of daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning factory areas to uphold company standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the site.
• Operate a forklift truck and machinery to transport products safely.
• Complete all required documentation related to operational tasks.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid forklift truck license is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in cold factory environments.
• Experience in a process industry setting is advantageous but not essential.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage workload efficiently.
