Role Overview
The Operations Specialist will be instrumental in expanding and enhancing Bolt's marketplace by increasing participation and engagement within driver and rider communities. This role involves creating and managing strategies to maintain active driver involvement and aid rider acquisition and retention through targeted marketing efforts and loyalty programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement programs aimed at boosting driver engagement, activity, and long-term retention, incorporating communications, rewards, and localized campaigns.
- Promote rider acquisition and retention via local marketing efforts and lifecycle campaigns in collaboration with Central Marketing teams.
- Manage local engagement initiatives, including driver branding and community-centered events to strengthen Bolt's brand presence.
- Use data analysis to assess campaign and operational success, refining strategies to improve engagement and business results.
- Coordinate with both local and central teams to support marketplace growth objectives and align with strategic goals.
