Role overview
This position is for an experienced operations program manager to run the daily execution of third-party retail and telecom repair and maintenance, supply fulfillment, and warehouse functions across North America. The role is focused on coordinating external warehouse and service partners, monitoring performance, improving processes, and making sure materials, records, and service delivery consistently align with business requirements.
You will work with internal stakeholders and outside agencies to manage execution, handle escalations, maintain compliance, and expand operational improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations with warehouse agencies and service partners across North America, with attention to quality, timeliness, compliance, and service outcomes.
- Monitor corrective and preventive action items, patterns of non-compliance, document accuracy, and readiness for audits.
- Turn improvement insights into standard operating procedures, training assets, and scalable workflows.
- Lead improvements in repair, maintenance, and warehouse operations to improve efficiency, space usage, cost control, and consistency.
- Work with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to resolve material, shipment, and service issues.
- Coordinate with Physical Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Demo Tech, Retail Sales, Finance, Procurement, external agencies, and retail partners.
- Support new product launches, retail refresh initiatives, operating expense planning, operational growth, special projects, and occasional extended working hours.
Additional responsibilities
- Take part in monthly team meetings and team-building activities.
- Contribute to technical discussions and peer reviews.
- Share knowledge and contribute content through the OP Wiki / Knowledge Base.
- Provide status updates to OP Account Management when requested.

The right candidate will be a practical, hands-on operations leader with a strong background in retail operations, repair and maintenance, warehouse execution, vendor or 3PL management, material movement, KPI ownership, and continuous improvement. A structured and data-focused approach to solving problems is important, along with the ability to protect system integrity, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure operational compliance, and build effective partnerships that deliver measurable results.

Work requirements
This role requires the ability to travel within the United States and Canada as business needs require. It may also involve occasional extended operational hours.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of project or program management experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related area.
- At least 3 years of experience in repair and maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL management.
- Experience supporting big-box retail, retail field operations, or multi-site retail execution.
- Strong vendor management capability, including RFPs, SLAs, contracts, scorecards, escalations, and service reviews.
- Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools, plus the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, outside agencies, and retail partners.
- Preferred experience in consumer electronics, tech retail, or a similar industry.
- Six Sigma, PMP, or another process improvement / project management certification is preferred.
