Role Overview
As an Operations Manager at SAMIKA DESIGN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will oversee the daily functions of the interior fit-out team to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire project lifecycle from initial planning through final delivery, coordinating efforts with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare precise Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing project status, financial expenditures, and challenges faced during construction phases.
- Lead and guide a team comprising supervisors and workers to maximize operational efficiency and uphold high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 8 to 11 years of professional experience in interior works or similar fields focused on fit-outs.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, efficiently handling several projects at the same time.
- Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating teams toward achieving intended outcomes.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and the generation of comprehensive operational reports.
Eligibility
