Role Overview

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in scaling Revolut’s operations worldwide. This role focuses on solving significant challenges by developing efficient systems, managing key projects, and improving customer outcomes. You will spearhead initiatives that drive the company’s continued expansion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance scalable processes to support Revolut’s rapid growth trajectory.
• Lead and oversee major infrastructure projects critical to business operations.
• Prioritize projects by assessing business needs and establish timelines to achieve objectives swiftly.
• Identify and implement new features to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
• Manage vital vendor partnerships and develop systems to monitor their performance.
• Formulate strategic supply chain alliances and negotiate commercial agreements.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with a minimum 2:1 classification from a top-tier university.
• At least three years of experience in a fast-moving work environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical skills to decompose complicated problems into manageable components.
• A passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to create meaningful impact.
• Interest in the financial sector and its evolving landscape.
