Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of pest control technicians, ensuring superior customer service delivery.
- Provide guidance to staff about operational procedures, service standards, and client relations.
- Manage financial aspects of operations, focusing on revenue enhancement and expense management.
- Conduct regular travel across assigned territories to visit clients, support technicians, and collaborate with sales teams for business growth.
- Maintain a flexible working schedule, which may include early mornings and weekend shifts.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required.
- Optimize appointment scheduling, route management, conduct quality control audits, and account supervision.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years of management experience with a focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in pest control management is essential.
- Proven success in training, mentoring, and coaching service-level professionals.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Experience in a route-based, service-oriented environment is advantageous.
- Capability to acquire and maintain necessary licenses and certifications according to regulatory guidelines.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and clear motor vehicle record required.
