About the Role
Kansas is looking for a hands-on and goal-oriented Operations Manager to direct daily operational activities, enhance procedural workflows, and maintain smooth business functioning across our outlets.
Key Duties
- Manage operations at branches to guarantee uninterrupted business activities
- Supervise inventory, track stock movements, and handle stock replenishment
- Liaise effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency by establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct audits, ensure compliance, and prepare reports
- Facilitate inventory optimization including management of aging stock
- Recognize and handle slow-moving or obsolete inventory items
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of operational experience in the UAE, ideally in retail operations
- Proven expertise in managing inventory and vendor relationships
- Experience overseeing multiple outlet locations is preferred
- Background in electronics, telecommunications, CCTV, or technology sectors is an asset
- Strong analytical capabilities along with effective problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for identifying operational efficiencies and cost saving opportunities
- Ability to apply industry best practices to boost productivity
- Ensure adherence to company policies as well as local regulatory standards
