Role Overview

We seek an Operations Manager to lead the core daily operations at Parkday with opportunities for rapid advancement within our dynamic startup environment. This role centers on coordinating schedules, supervising our Brand Ambassador team, managing restaurant and client relationships, and overseeing deliveries to ensure excellence in service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise, and develop the Brand Ambassador team to maintain high operational standards.
• Create and maintain weekly schedules ensuring appropriate staffing coverage across all clients.
• Manage coordination among restaurants, delivery personnel, and corporate partners daily.
• Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and empathetic communication.
• Resolve operational challenges in real-time to sustain seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering to automate manual tasks and enhance internal processes.
• Develop scalable systems to boost operational efficiency and hospitality quality.
• Support onboarding of new corporate clients and expand Parkday's presence across the Bay Area.
• Identify and integrate new exceptional local restaurant partners onto the platform.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $76,000 annually. Additional perks include daily lunch provided, paid time off, potential bonuses, dining discounts, participation in the wellness program, Bay Wheels membership, and a monthly stipend.
