About the Role
Gayatri Traders (GT Worldwide) is seeking a committed Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate everyday business activities. This role demands strong organizational abilities, dependable multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to managing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational and office functions.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch departments.
- Track orders, inventory levels, and stock movements.
- Ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain coordination with vendors, distributors, and transportation partners.
- Manage documentation including invoices and operational records.
- Address operational challenges and streamline workflow efficiencies.
- Assist management in meeting organizational objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in any field.
- Preferred experience in operations, administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, and general computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake travel when necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary between 12,000 to 15,000 INR, negotiable based on experience.
