Role Overview

The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the management and daily functions of PAssion Wave outlets. This position coordinates adventure, water sports, and camp programmes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing facility upkeep, handling financial matters, and engaging members in People's Association initiatives. Proficiency in safety operations like powerboat handling and search and rescue is necessary.

Key Duties

• Support Managers in executing operational and administrative duties aligned with senior leadership directives and the People's Association's goals.
• Plan and coordinate various courses, activities, and services at the outlets.
• Manage maintenance schedules and upkeep of outlet facilities.
• Oversee budgeting processes, accounting, and cash management to maintain organizational integrity.
• Supervise Operations Assistants and collaborate with volunteers and trainers for programme delivery.
• Monitor trainers' adherence to safety and quality standards, recommending suitable candidates for official trainer appointments.
• Maintain relationships with local organizations to stay abreast of industry developments and best practices.
• Mobilize members to participate actively in People's Association projects and nationwide campaigns.
• Assist in emergency evacuation procedures during crisis situations.
• Conduct safety operations, including launching and handling powerboats for search and rescue missions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience working in adventure, water sports, or outdoor settings is required.
• Ability to swim a minimum of 50 meters without assistance.
• Certification in Powered Pleasure Craft Driving License and Lifesaving Levels 1, 2, and 3 are advantageous.
• Knowledge in Risk Assessment and Management is beneficial.
• Three or more years of relevant field experience is preferred.
• Good presentation abilities and prior experience in customer service will enhance candidacy.
