About the Role
Clean and Green The Healthy Cafe and Eatery Private Limited is seeking an Operations Executive Manager to act as the vital connection between the company founder and the kitchen team. This position demands overseeing daily operational functions to ensure smooth inventory control, accurate food menu management, and efficient handling of delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at detailed execution while maintaining straightforward and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock quantities diligently, coordinate timely replenishment, and minimize waste or shortages in inventory.
- Collaborate closely with the subscription team to plan and finalize food lists and menus.
- Oversee daily operations on delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato, ensuring order accuracy, updating listings, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for kitchen personnel, conveying instructions from the founder and communicating any operational challenges.
- Translate strategic directives from leadership into actionable, clear tasks for the kitchen team, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Manage communications and negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure quality procurement, resolve delivery problems, and agree on terms.
- Perform regular quality assessments focusing on food standards, hygiene practices, and packaging consistency.
- Schedule and manage kitchen staff work shifts and rosters to guarantee sufficient coverage and seamless operation flow.
