Role overview
This opportunity is for a Process & Operational Excellence Specialist supporting a client assignment in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The engagement is offered as an outsourced, 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
Work arrangement
The position is based on site in Ras al-Khaimah. Candidates should be available to join immediately or within a notice period of up to 15-30 days.
Experience and background
The role calls for 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in process improvement, customer experience or journey optimization, and operational excellence. Prior work as a Process Re-Engineering Management Consultant is expected.
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Operations Research, or a closely related discipline is preferred. Candidates with comparable experience in relevant areas may also be considered.
Core focus areas
The assignment involves improving customer journeys, re-engineering processes, mapping workflows, and analyzing how operations can be made more efficient. The role also includes measuring performance indicators such as turnaround time, productivity, and waste, then converting those insights into practical improvements.
Experience with customer journey optimization in Salesforce or another CRM platform is a strong advantage. Familiarity with SAP or real estate systems is also beneficial.
Tools and working style
Applicants should be comfortable using process mapping and documentation methods such as value stream mapping or similar techniques. Strong capability in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, along with SQL, is required. Exposure to Salesforce and/or SAP ERP and experience working in agile transformation environments will be helpful.
