Job description
Position Overview
The Officer in Cargo Operations is tasked with overseeing the daily cargo activities and ensuring operational performance that supports company profitability and station revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and verify inbound and outbound flight documents prior to departure and upon landing.
- Assist with warehouse inspections related to mishandling, theft, or damaged goods, preparing recovery reports as necessary.
- Guarantee smooth cargo delivery by confirming Airways Bills (AWB), Customs paperwork, shipping orders (DO), and release authorizations before consignments are handed over.
- Oversee vendor compliance with contract terms and Service Level Agreements to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess academic credentials such as SPM, DVM, STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualifications in any discipline.
- Have at least three years of professional experience in cargo handling, airline operations, or aviation services.

- Background in cargo management, airline or aviation sectors, or customer service roles.
