Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to efficiently manage communication between clients and internal teams, oversee order accuracy, and handle general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Manage email correspondence with customers professionally.
- Check customer orders for accuracy before processing.
- Monitor daily shipments and collaborate with courier services.
- Maintain precise order and dispatch logs using Microsoft Excel.
- Carry out routine office coordination and administrative duties.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Experience in customer support or telecalling is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Excel.
- Efficient typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.
Educational Criteria
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Work Schedule
The role requires working from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
