About the Role
QWY Software Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer who can build, tailor, and support Odoo-based solutions. The role focuses on turning business needs into reliable modules and ensuring existing Odoo functionality continues to run smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and adapt Odoo modules for both server-side and user-facing requirements according to project needs.
- Develop new models, views, workflow logic, and reporting components within Odoo.
- Connect Odoo with outside platforms such as payment systems, logistics services, and other external applications.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Odoo, Python, PostgreSQL, JSON, JavaScript, Linux, and Git.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo versions 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16.
- Functional familiarity with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and HR is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Odoo development.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
