About the Role

This night-time position calls for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment focused on achieving targets and celebrating successes. Your daily activities will vary across multiple store areas, such as stocking shelves, cashier duties, stock management, and order picking, ensuring customers receive efficient service and complete satisfaction with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare goods using handheld terminals, reporting any discrepancies to the Manager.
• Inspect products for quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is secure for delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by processing orders promptly and meeting targets.
• Maintain courteous interactions with delivery personnel and handle inquiries or complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
