Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for guests during night hours
- Handle check-in and check-out for guests arriving late or departing early
- Prepare arrival documents for upcoming days
- Conduct daily closing procedures and prepare financial statements
- Receive and process hotel reservations
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and all available services
- Maintain and update guest information in the computer system
- Communicate all relevant information and events to the morning shift
Candidate Profile
- Enjoy interacting with guests and possess a positive demeanor
- Comfortable working during nighttime hours with a readiness to take responsibility
- Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous
