About the Role
ThoughtsCrest Software is hiring a Newgen Technical Consultant for implementation and customization assignments built around OmniDocs, iBPS, and other Newgen product suites. The position is based in Bengaluru and involves hands-on delivery work for client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, tailor, and support Newgen platforms during client implementation engagements.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into configured solutions, integrations, and product enhancements.
- Take part in SIT, UAT, deployment, and activities after the solution goes live.
- Investigate technical problems and collaborate with client-side teams throughout project execution.
- Visit customer sites whenever workshops, implementation work, or go-live support requires it.
Experience & Requirements
- Overall development experience of 4 to 20 years.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Newgen tools such as OmniDocs and/or iBPS.
- Prior exposure to implementation, configuration, or customization work.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability in customer-facing project settings.
- Readiness to travel to client sites, including international travel outside India when needed.
- Good-to-have exposure to Java, APIs, integrations, databases, web technologies, or workflow/BPM platforms.
- Additional advantage for candidates with experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise document/workflow implementations.
- Exposure to other ECM, BPM, or low-code platforms is also preferred.
