About the Role
Equans is seeking a dependable and versatile Multi Skilled Person to join the team at Newman RC College in Oldham, OL9 9QY. This is a permanent full-time position requiring 40 hours of work each week. The annual salary offered is £26,624 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday shifts
- Shift options: 6:00am–2:20pm, 10:00am–6:30pm, or 12:00pm–8:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance, cleaning, and site-related duties
- Manage building opening and closing procedures
- Support daily operational needs of the Oldham School contract
- Report maintenance issues as they arise
- Assist with managing the cleaning team as needed
- Provide cover for lettings to aid business requirements
- Respond to occasional emergency call-outs
Requirements and Eligibility
- Proven practical skills in maintenance work
- Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Ability to adhere to site and company policies and procedures
- Clean driving license with the ability to travel between sites
- Skilled at building and sustaining positive customer relationships
- Must be able to successfully pass a DBS clearance
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory
