About the role

Volaro Group is looking for a creative Multi-Media Designer to join its Sydney team. The company works across sport, media, and entertainment, and this position will contribute to the visual output of both internal teams and external clients.

The role involves building polished, brand-consistent design work across presentations, pitch decks, digital channels, social media, and other creative formats. You’ll help communicate ideas clearly, support commercial goals, and create design work that strengthens audience connection.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with executive, business development, strategy, and external client teams to deliver creative assets that meet project goals and technical needs.

  • Create original and reusable visual assets such as logos, icons, typography treatments, and other brand elements that align with guidelines.
  • Design marketing and sales collateral, client materials, digital campaign creatives, and social content for channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Carry out advanced photo editing and image manipulation for print, digital, and web use.
  • Build strong presentations, pitch decks, and visual case studies in PowerPoint and Canva with a clear narrative and professional finish.
  • Develop digital assets for websites and other online platforms with an emphasis on usability, responsiveness, and brand consistency.
  • Plan, produce, and schedule social media content, including short-form video, using approved templates and brand rules.
  • Keep a central repository of design and brand assets organised and easy for teams to access.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather imagery, content, and approvals for global project workflows and content calendars.
  • Support co-development of sales material alongside external client teams when needed.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high-quality creative work; apply video and motion tools where required; and use Sketch or Figma for UI/UX work when relevant.
  • Review social media performance data and use the insights to improve future content plans.
  • Stay current with design trends, digital marketing practices, content strategy, and emerging tools including AI-assisted workflows.
  • Handle several projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a similar discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3–5 years of professional design experience, supported by a portfolio that shows strong work across print, digital, web, and social media.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint for presentation design.
  • Advanced capability in graphic creation, photo manipulation, and building cohesive visual systems.
  • Proven experience producing presentations, pitch decks, digital assets, and social media designs with attention to storytelling and user experience.
