About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Moldflow Engineer/CAE Engineer to join our team in Noida Sector 127, Delhi-NCR. The role involves working closely with various engineering teams to optimize molding processes and tooling using advanced simulation software.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Moldflow analysis during design phases including fill, pack, and warp simulations.
- Conduct tooling phase simulations covering cooling, fill, pack, and warp assessments.
- Interpret and analyze simulation outputs to provide actionable recommendations for design and process enhancements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and ensure project milestones are met timely.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Process Engineering, Molding, Tooling, and Product Engineering across global locations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in mold flow analysis and CAE.
- Proficient in Autodesk Moldflow, HyperMesh, and SimLab software tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work seamlessly with international teams.
Work Details and Compensation
- Location: Noida Sector 127, Delhi-NCR
- Work schedule: 5 days in-office with rotational morning and afternoon shifts.
- Compensation: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum.
