Job Overview
We are looking for a Mobile Device Repair Technician skilled in diagnosing and fixing hardware problems in smartphones and tablets. This role involves troubleshooting defects, replacing components, and ensuring customers receive high-quality repair service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve hardware faults in mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
- Replace components including screens, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, and cameras.
- Execute motherboard-level analysis and perform basic soldering tasks where necessary (preferred).
- Professionally apply and verify screen protectors and camera lens covers.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks post repair to confirm device functionality.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair issues, schedules, and pricing.
- Keep detailed documentation of repair jobs, service logs, and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with store personnel to manage spare parts availability.
- Adhere strictly to company quality norms and repair turnaround timeframes.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe workspace for repair activities.
- Advise customers on appropriate mobile accessories, including cases, tempered glass, chargers, and cables.
Eligibility
Open to candidates capable of performing technical hardware repairs on mobile devices, with preferred experience in motherboard diagnostics and soldering.
Salary Details
The role offers a monthly compensation between 18000 and 25000 INR.
