Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Sharjah for a Promotional Representative. The role centers on visiting current and potential clients to present iCraft’s services, clearly explain open-source offerings, and develop lasting business relationships. You will support promotional efforts, coordinate with internal teams, attend demonstrations or events, collect market feedback, and share progress and outcomes with management.

Key Duties

• Meet clients and prospects in person to introduce and promote iCraft’s services.
• Explain open-source solutions and communicate their value in a clear, professional way.
• Distribute and present marketing materials during visits and campaigns.
• Support promotional activities and coordinate with internal teams based on client needs.
• Follow up with contacts to maintain satisfaction and strengthen business relationships.
• Assist with organizing and participating in events, demonstrations, and promotional sessions.
• Gather feedback from the market and clients for reporting and improvement purposes.
• Maintain regular activity updates and report results to management.
• Work proactively, communicate professionally, and follow company rules and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service abilities are needed for client interactions and professional representation.
• Marketing and event coordination skills are important for supporting promotions and presenting services effectively.
• Project coordination or management skills are useful for organizing visits, tracking tasks, and following up on requirements.
• Some understanding of technology and open-source solutions, or a willingness to learn, is expected.
• Reliability, good time management, and the ability to work independently on site are important.
• A valid driving license and the ability to travel locally for client visits are advantageous.
• Prior exposure to sales promotion, field marketing, or other client-facing work is a plus.
• A relevant diploma is required.

The position is based in Sharjah and requires on-site work. The job involves local travel for client visits and regular interaction with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
