MIS Expert

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned MIS Expert to join our team at Thinkaloud Consulting, a multinational company operating in the B2B accounting sector. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields and possess significant expertise in managing and optimizing Management Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing Management Information Systems tailored to project needs.
• Maintaining and managing databases to ensure integrity and accessibility.
• Developing interactive dashboards and reports for monitoring and decision-making.
• Conducting data analytics and ensuring the quality of data across projects.
• Automating report generation to increase efficiency.
• Providing technical support for web and mobile-based information systems.

Experience & Skills Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in MIS design, database management, dashboard development, data analytics, report automation, project MIS, data quality assurance, and providing technical support.
• Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel, GIS, or related reporting technologies is highly desirable.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in government, development sectors, agriculture, cooperative projects, or the cooperative ecosystem.

Additional Information

• Position is based in Patna, Bihar, and requires onsite presence.
• Contract duration is 1.5 years with the possibility of extension.
• Immediate joining is expected, ideally within one week.
• Remuneration is within the range of 1,200,000 to 1,500,000 INR annually.
