Job Overview

Based in El Paso, Texas, the Merchandiser will be responsible for arranging and displaying beverage products to attract customers effectively while delivering excellent service to both store owners and shoppers. This role demands accuracy, independence, and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license. Work involves moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Organize products on shelves and displays according to approved plans or management guidance to optimize visual appeal.
• Attach pricing and descriptive signage on merchandise, fixtures, or floors.
• Replenish floor displays from stock rooms by following sell-by dates to maximize product availability and minimize backstock.
• Place product orders for assigned accounts following established procedures to prevent stock shortages.
• Initiate display concepts or implement plans provided by Merchandiser and Sales Managers.
• Maintain daily communication with key store staff regarding product or service needs.
• Assemble or construct display materials from company-supplied point of sale items.
• Wear company uniform and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance in customer-facing environments.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors as necessary.
