Role overview
Coke Canada Bottling is a Canadian, family-owned bottler that manufactures, distributes, merchandises, and sells popular beverages nationwide. The company operates across every province through more than 50 sales and distribution centres and five manufacturing plants. This position is part of a team focused on keeping beverage products visible, available, and well-presented in retail stores.
The merchandiser helps create a strong in-store experience by making sure product sections, end caps, racks, coolers, and displays are stocked and maintained according to company standards. The role supports both customer service and store presentation.
Role details
- Work location: London, Ontario
- Schedule: Saturday and/or Sunday, plus 3–4 weekdays, for a total of 5 working days per week
- Pay: $20.00 per hour plus $0.62 per kilometre

What you will do
- Move stock from the back room or storage area to the sales floor using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck, then refill shelves, racks, displays, and coolers.
- Set up, modify, or remove product displays while following company presentation rules, keeping signage in place, cleaning the display area, and separating damaged or defective items.
- Follow all store and company rules related to backroom operations, floor displays, replenishment, equipment use, and safety.
- Keep the backroom organized by arranging stock, checking and reporting inventory levels, handling damaged product, repacking items when needed, organizing materials such as pallets and product shells, and completing required paperwork.
- Keep the work area tidy and sanitary in line with company safety and cleanliness standards.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and customers.
Physical demands
- Lift, carry, and place products repeatedly, including loads up to 50 lbs or 22 kg above shoulder level without help.
- Perform frequent kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead.
- Push and pull manual and powered equipment carrying product loads for at least 100 yards without assistance.
- Repeatedly grip and handle items of different shapes and weights with good fine motor control and hand-eye coordination.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
Qualifications
- You must be at least 17 years old.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required.
- You must have access to a personal vehicle during working hours.
- Current vehicle liability insurance is required.
- You must be able to provide a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a similar environment is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working with minimal supervision is preferred.
- Experience using manual or powered pallet jacks is preferred.
