Member of Technical Staff - Coding Research (Remote)

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Coding Research to contribute full-time to advanced research and development efforts focused on coding solutions, algorithm enhancement, and system design that support scalable and high-performance computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth studies on programming languages, compilers, and runtime systems aimed at improving performance.
• Create and deploy innovative algorithms for code analysis, transformation, and optimization processes.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to embed research results into production-quality systems.
• Present research outcomes at academic and industry conferences, as well as contribute to open-source initiatives.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concept models to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A solid foundation in computer science emphasizing programming languages, compiler technology, or runtime environment design.
• Proficiency with multiple programming languages such as C++, Rust, Java, and Python.
• Experience in both static and dynamic program analysis methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of compiler components including parsing, semantic analysis, and code generation phases.
• Familiarity with tools for performance tuning, benchmarking, and profiling.
• Capability to independently conduct research and convert insights into technical implementations.
• Additional experience with distributed computing systems, parallel processing, or GPU programming is considered beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude coupled with enthusiasm for tackling complex technical challenges.
