About the Role
IDS Infotech is hiring a Medical Scribe Trainee to support physicians by handling live clinical documentation and related administrative work. The role focuses on accurate charting, real-time note entry, and helping the care team maintain smooth and compliant records.
What You'll Do
- Record patient visits in detail, including medical history, systems review, examination findings, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Enter patient details and provider notes into the EMR as the encounter happens.
- Maintain charts, coordinate lab and imaging orders, and capture follow-up directions given by the provider.
- Keep all documentation aligned with clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with administrative support such as chart preparation, coding-related help, and data entry.
- Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA standards at all times.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to support continuity of care.

Additional Requirements
Candidates may be freshers or experienced professionals. Strong English communication skills are required. The role needs willingness to work a regular night shift and to report to the Mohali, Punjab office. Immediate joiners are preferred.
