Role Overview

As the company expands into both Government and Private Healthcare sectors, they seek dedicated sales professionals to help drive growth and adoption of their MITHRIL Splints.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase product sales within government and private hospital settings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical doctors, therapists, and hospital procurement personnel.
• Lead product demonstrations and training sessions to educate stakeholders on product benefits.
• Oversee the sales cycle from identifying leads through to order completion.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and contribute to business development efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 5 years experience in medical device or healthcare sales roles.
• Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-management capabilities.
• Preferably have background in orthopaedics, rehabilitation, trauma care, or physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Be open to travel as required by the role.
