직무 설명
Job Overview
The role involves accomplishing sales targets within a designated territory through effective on-field activities and daily reporting using an assigned online system. The position requires meeting call frequency, coverage, and average norms as set by the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize prescription generation to enhance market presence.
- Promote product lines in alignment with company strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Contribute to strategy development initiatives.
- Serve as a dedicated representative and ambassador of the brand.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Applicants should either have over 2 years of relevant experience or be freshers demonstrating strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with existing or previous experience in the same therapeutic area.
- Proficiency and confidence in communication are essential.
