Role Challenges
- Lead the entire development process of advanced mechatronic products, from initial concepts to full production.
- Optimize motion and pressure control functions across various product lines.
- Set up and oversee testing processes for product validation, including thorough data evaluation.
- Prepare and update detailed technical documentation throughout product development phases.
- Assist customers during product setup and offer second-tier technical support.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a closely related discipline.
- Have a minimum of two years' professional experience in control system engineering.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of mechatronic systems involving electrical drives, sensors, and embedded software design.
- Exhibit solid knowledge in control system theory, especially regarding pressure control applications.
- Proficient in software development with preferred experience in Python, MATLAB & Simulink tailored to pressure and motion control scenarios.
- Show a hands-on work ethic with an organized, creative, and solution-driven approach, coupled with excellent teamwork abilities.
- Be willing to undertake international travel as part of job responsibilities.
