Position
Arches — Simulated Research Reviewer (Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science)
Compensation
The pay range for this contract role is $50 to $90 per hour.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess simulated research settings that include agent trajectories in mechanical engineering and materials science.
- Check agent-generated outputs for correctness, research approach, and scientific quality.
- Share organized feedback that helps improve AI model results.
- Build evaluation benchmarks for measuring agent performance.
- Partner with subject matter experts to keep reviews aligned, useful, and consistent.
- Handle work independently and on an asynchronous schedule while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
Applicants should have strong expertise in mechanical engineering and materials science, along with the ability to review research environments and evaluate agent trajectories.
