Role Overview
The company is seeking a manager-level marketing professional who can combine creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on results to guide marketing efforts and build a stronger brand across several channels. The role involves shaping and delivering marketing plans, improving customer acquisition and engagement, managing brand direction, and lifting campaign performance through data-led decisions. You will work closely with teams across the business to run marketing initiatives that support growth and improve the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and roll out marketing plans that are aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
- Design, run, and refine integrated campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Oversee brand initiatives so that messaging and positioning stay clear and consistent.
- Support customer acquisition, lead generation, retention, and engagement programs.
- Handle digital marketing work including content, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Review campaign results, customer data, and market movements to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
- Control marketing budgets, forecasting, and allocation of resources in an efficient way.
- Partner with sales, product, customer success, and creative teams to support commercial goals.
- Maintain relationships with agencies, media partners, vendors, and other external contacts.
- Lead, coach, and grow the marketing team while encouraging creativity and ongoing improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
- Keep up with new marketing tools, industry developments, and best practices to bring fresh ideas into the function.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, and integrated communications.
- Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and performance reporting tools.
- Solid analytical ability with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign outcomes.
- Excellent organization and project management capabilities, including handling several campaigns at once.
- Customer-first approach with strong commercial understanding.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and results-focused environment.
