Role Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives within a specific region, working closely with the Regional General Manager to promote market growth, generate pipeline, and boost customer engagement. This role involves customizing global strategies into localized go-to-market plans aligned with the region's unique market conditions, customer demands, and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the regional marketing plan aimed at increasing brand visibility, generating sales leads, acquiring customers, and expanding market share.
Adapt company-wide messaging, campaigns, and value propositions to resonate with regional customer segments and address local market nuances and competition.
Act as the link between central marketing and the regional market, ensuring effective localization of global initiatives and providing market insights to shape broader marketing strategies.
Collaborate with regional sales and account management to create tailored enablement materials and showcase local customer success stories to drive sales and share growth.
Plan and oversee regional marketing campaigns in partnership with central teams, utilizing paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, content, and outbound channels for integrated execution.
Coordinate with central events teams to organize local marketing events that enhance brand presence and contribute to lead generation.
Gather and communicate regional market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence the company's wider marketing strategies and campaign designs.
Execute regional marketing programs alongside central teams, monitoring and optimizing performance to maximize return on investment.

Candidate Profile

At least six years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or general marketing roles.
Fluent in English and native proficiency in German.
Strong business insight with proven ability to align marketing strategies to sales pipelines and revenue goals.
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, complex organizations.
Capability to balance strategic oversight with practical execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior sales and regional leadership.
Hands-on experience with organizing or supporting local events, field marketing efforts, or customer engagement initiatives.
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging performance metrics for campaign optimization.
Proven track record managing competing priorities and influencing outcomes across widespread teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with both SMB and enterprise market approaches.
Background in multi-region or localized marketing strategy development.
Close partnership experience with sales leadership or regional general managers.
Familiarity with direct response, lifecycle, and multi-channel demand generation tactics.
Experience working in high-growth companies.
Knowledge or experience in healthcare or medical marketing sectors.
